Request a Grant Writer

Grants of up to $15,000 to New York nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life for residents with medical conditions in eligible regions. Funding may be used for transportation, medication, food, pharmaceutical supplies, adaptive equipment, convalescent care aids, and utilities (payments restricted to medical needs). Eligible applicants must provide assistance to Erie County residents.

The Maria Love Convalescent Fund provides interim financial assistance to promote independence and enhance the quality of life of Erie County residents with medically related conditions who may be temporarily ineligible for aid from traditional sources and to provide additional assistance in the area of basic human needs.
