TO PLAN, ORGANIZE, DEVELOP, ESTABLISH, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A DAY CARE CENTER IN THE CITY OF NEW YORK. TO PROVIDE DAY CARE SERVICES AND ASSIST IN SHELTERING THE CHILDREN FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES BY OBTAINING CERTAIN GRANTS FROM THE FEDERAL STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO HELP FEED THESE CHILDREN A HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS MEAL. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SEEKS TO AID OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUIONS RECOGNIZED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AS A 501 C3, TO ENABLE CHILDRN WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO GROW UP TO BE PRODUCTIVE ADULTS.
