Our 2018 activities included designing the NYC Public Service Fellowship for the NYC Mayors Office, enabling the Center for New York City Neighborhoods to create client surveys and identify process improvements, training all staff at the NYC Department of Records to launch self-directed projects, supporting all senior staff at the NYC Department of Buildings in learning productive dialogue skills, and preparing future leaders at the NYC Department of Small Business Services to lead neighborhood development projects.
