Awards of $10,000 to USA K-12 science teachers for exceptional work in preserving the environment. Nominees should present a proposal for a high-quality environmental science project. In addition to the cash prize, winners will receive an expense-paid trip to attend a national conference in the field.
The SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Environmental Excellence Awards recognizes the outstanding efforts of students, teachers, and community leaders across the country who are working at the grass roots level to protect and preserve the environment.
The Awards have expanded their reach to larger audiences to recognize the efforts of schools, youth groups, individuals and companies working to make a difference.
